My stay at the hotel was amazing overall, with clean and comfy rooms, super friendly staff, and a well-maintained pool. The only downside was the need to go to their beach bar for beachfront access, but it's just a short drive away.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were small but immaculate, and I loved the little private kitchen area. However, the only downside was the lack of a hand shower in the bathroom and the inability to lock the bathroom door while using it. To enjoy the beachfront, a visit to their Chi Beach Bar & Restaurant, just a short 6-minute drive from Lanna, was necessary. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The location was perfect for a quiet getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng but still easily accessible if desired. However, being inland from the beach required transportation for longer stays. The shuttle to Chaweng & Fisherman's Village was available but not complimentary.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern and very clean, spacious, and equipped with all that you need. It was quiet with no neighbor noise, although some noise from people at the pool could be heard, but they didn't stay late into the evening. The service was fantastic, especially after the staff went above and beyond to find a misplaced item. The hotel's new Chi Beach Club was incredible, offering a divine place to hang out with superb tapas and cocktails. The location was fantastic, away from noise and traffic, perfect for a private setting. The dining experience was outstanding, with an extensive range of beautiful food, both Thai and Western styles. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, contributing to a memorable stay.
